hi guys I have 4 front end exchange servers. Two of them are physical and two of them are virtual. And I have 4 backend servers and they are virtual. When I open up Exchange System Manager, the two vitural front end servers can only browse/access two out of the 4 backend servers storage groups whereas the physical front end servers can browse through all the backend servers storage group. When I clicked on one that is not being able to view, I got the following error: The action could not be completed because the microsoft exchange information store service is unavailable. Be sure the service is running and you have network connectivity to the exchange server computer. ID no:c1041721" Please help! Thanks FK
