Has the EMC ever worked for you? Can you try to use a different user profile to open the EMC that is a member of the Organization Management group? The EMC has worked without problems and does nto work for any user logged in with permissions. It will work on another server just not the server with exchange installed on. It is exchange 2010 that is running. Thanks
