We currently are running Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 server. We would like to migrate exchange to one of our other Windows 2003 servers. We already have exchange 2003 installed on the new server. Now we are trying to find good documents that explains step by step how to migrate Exchange to the new server. We know there are several ways. We know that you can just move individual mailboxes or perform the forklift procedure. We just are sure of the specifics for both procedures.

Then disconnect the old server for a few days, see if anyone yells bloody murder.
