Exchange Migration some user's outlook folders not updating?

Hi Guys,

Got a problem since doing an Exchange 2003 to 2010 migration I have a couple of users having outlook issues where their inbox folder is not updating?

The effected users are running Outlook 2007 SP3 and have additional mailboxes attached to their outlooks.

please see below what I have already tried and still no joy

  • Rebuild OST File
  • Repaired Outlook
  • Rebuilt Outlook Profile
  • Installed Outlook 2007 SP3
  • Pulled off Microsoft Office 2007 and re-installed
  • Renamed office folders within local profile
  • Renamed Emsmdb32.dll within the OFFICE12 Program Files

When I stick outlook in non cached mode I don't have a problem but one of the users have a laptop and spend time out of the office

Ideas would be appreciated?

Thanks

Hi

If OWA is fine, perhaps the issue may come from the client side test with other Outlook Version or another machine with those two accout, and also you can post the issue on Outlook Forum for help
