Exchange Public Folder contacts display last name first when viewing through the select names list in Outlook mail composition?
Hi. I have a client that wants the names of all their public folder contacts to show up last name first when he starts a new email in outlook and clicks To:. He wants that list to show up lastname first, firstname last. Anyone know if this
is possible? Thanks.

First, please move the contacts from public folder into temp contact folder of a mailbox
Export the contacts as CSV files
Re-import the contacts and in the "map custom fields" map "first name" to "last name" and "last name" to "first name"
Import the CSV file
Then, please move the contacts from temp contact folder back to public folder
