Exchange Restrict Email sending
I am running Exchange 2003 SP2. I need to restrict an internal user to sending ONLY to FEW other internal users. Is this possible? Thanks

It is possible, using Delivery Restrictions, but it's going to be tedious. You'd need to set the delivery restriction on every mailbox except the few internal recipients you want to be able to receive email from this user.
