Exchange Retention Policy and Categories
I have thre questiosn surrounding retention and coategories Is there anyway that I can create categories in the master list and propagate them to all the users along with the quick steps? Is there a way to take fileter retention policies by user. For example the Accounting team will see on the accounting policies, HR team will see theirs etc. Is there a way to have nested categories ? So If I select one category I will get a new set categories to chose from?

Hi Vik KOlli, Per my known, if you want to reply the RP for the users, you could add the mailboxes through GUI in the properties of the RP, or we could use the set-mailbox commandline to achieve your target. Some information for you: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123981.aspx Or we could customize some script for multiple mailboxes. Regards!
