AutoAccept enabled, when organizer create new meeting but meeting conflict with other one organizer get declined mail but attendants still can take action on it also decliend notification not sent to attendants.

Hi,
Not sure what you are looking for?
If the meeting organizer gets a meeting declined because of a conflict the meeting organizer should find a new time (actually the organizer shouldn't book a meeting in a room which is already booked - which Outlook should tell him).
The conflict message is only sent to the original creator of the meeting.

Thanks for your reply, yes you are correct but the Attendants still have the meeting on there own calendar also they can take action on it.

Hi,
I don't believe that there is anything you can do about that.
The meeting organizer is responsible for inviting an available room - so he should look at the availability of the room before sending the invite.
