Dear Experts! I've a problem with Exchange SBS 2003, I hope it's an easy question to all of you. How can I delelte automatically mails based on rule: 1. mail is older the X days 2. the Sender of mail is Y 3. the Subject of mail contains Z Best Regards, bzg

1. Natively with Exch you cant do this as far as I know. Policies are generally based on the age and size, your request is abit more than than.3 2. Maybe a 3rd party product. 3. You can always try the SBS forum - http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/sbsserverSukh
