Hi,- Do you get any warning or error in event log when you receive this kind of email?- Increase the diagnostic logging of "MSExchangeTransport" and see if you get any warning or error in event log when you receive similar email. How to Configure Diagnostics Logginghttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996402(EXCHG.65).aspx- Check below KB article and apply the hotfix if you are getting similar warning in event log.An incoming e-mail message may be stuck in the local delivery queue in a retry state in Exchange Server 2003http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896363Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Dear Amit Tank,I have the hotfix, but the hotfix not applicable to my exchange. Its only intended to exchange SP1 but mine SP2.I still can't figure out why only this sender's email are unable to deliver to user account.I use mail hosting mailbox to resend the said mail into different account, but still the same. Email retry in local.Couldnt be database corrupted. And I didn't migrate or moved mailbox. Just this email can't get to all user mailbox.Any other advise?

Hi, Would you please post the entire related event log here for further information? I would like to explain that the 327 event can be caused by several factors. Mike
