Exchange SMTP Connector Not Filterring
Hi, We recently transfer all our exchange mailbox (Exchange 2003 SP2) to a new server (Exchange 2003 SP2 also), we set up an SMTP Connector and point it to a smart host. The Address Space is already set to "*" and set a filtering (Delivery Restriction) that only specific users can send internet mails suddenly we have users who by default is rejected in the Delivery Restriction policy can now send emails. Maybe I miss something on the settings on the exchange, the old server is already remove and everything is working fine except the mentioned above problem. Any Help would be Appreciated. Gerald

Hi Gerald, Have you enabled the registry keys for delivery restrictions? You must manually set the registry value firstly: How to Enable the Registry Keys for Delivery Restrictions http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998386(EXCHG.65).aspx However, if the issue persists. I suggest you recreate the connector and test the issue again. Thanks, Elvis
