I hope someone can help me with this. We are reinstalling SBS 2003 onto our server. I have installed the Premium Technologies section (SQL Server & ISA) and completed the To Do list. I insert the R2 Technologies Disc, the option to install SP2 for Exchange, SharePoint etc come up, but clicking on the SP2 for Exchange update does nothing. A spinning hour glass for a few seconds and then thats it. It does not show an error or create an error in the event log. I have checked and Exchange currently uses SP1. Thank you for your help.

Managed to work it out! It turns out that I need to turn DEP off - hope this helps anyone else with a similar prolbem.
