We recently began to recieve the following events in our Exchange 2007 server Application Log. I have been unable to find any reference to the exact errors. The only KB article relating to this is in regard to disk space. The two mailbox databases exist on a partition with 500GB of free space, so having the 20MB of free space isnt an issue. Notice the failure is "CoCreateInstance failed".This server is running Sophos PureMessage (latest version) for AV&AS.
