Exchange Server 2003 - How to list mailbox store permissions?
Hello: Other the script in the link below, is anyone aware of a quick way to get a list of all the permissions on every mailbox store of a specific server? If not, what about just listing the permissions on a single mailbox store? Thank you. http://blogs.msdn.com/b/vikas/archive/2008/11/01/howto-programmatically-enumerate-permissions-on-exchange-2003-mailbox-store.aspx

Hi, I think the PFDAVAdmin can do that work without script, if you are interested in it, please follow the steps below. 1. Open the PFDAVAdmin. 2. Click “Connect” in the File menu. 3. Input the Exchange server name and GC name. 4. Select All Mailboxes and click OK. Now you will see the list of all mailboxes which are on the Exchange server. 5. Select Export Permissions to export permissions in the Tools menu. And if you want to export the permissions from the script, I think the “Development Forum” which would be a better place for seeking the resolution. I just tried PFDAVAdmin and the permissions that it exports are MAPI (Outlook) permissions, which is not what I need. It's good to know how to do that though. I posted here because what I'm trying to do is really an Exchange admin task. I only mentioned that script because that's the only thing I could find that might do what I need. Thank you anyway.

Right click on the Server Object in Exchange System Manager, Go to Properties and check the security tab.

Thank you, but I understand how to do that. My question is how to get that information out into a list (text file), and how to automate it so that I don't need to do it individually for every server and mailbox store.
