Exchange Server 2003 - Multipl SMTP Accounts
I have a problem - In a server thatI support, users have multiple SMTP accounts e.g. User bob will have bob@company1.com and bob@company2.ca. The company1.com is the default SMTP. When someone sends an email to bob@company2.ca Exchange automatically converts it to company1.com. When bob replies obviously the message comes from company1.com.The question - Is there any way to force exchange server to KEEP the smtp information from the comapny that it was addressed to i.e. if an email goes to bob@company2.ca it will remain as company2.ca?Thanks for any help in reducing any futher hair loss.

It is not possible natively in Exchange but you can find workarounds and some third-party solution discussed in blow thread.... http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrdeploy/thread/4582e71f-6381-41e5-ae65-c2ee17ac444f Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
