Hi all friends. I have question about exchange server 2003. Last day I was writing a system policy and using "Deleted immediately" option. I want to writing only administrator account. But this system policy all users mailbox deleted all email. I know x user if deleted email from outlook we can recover that mail. my problem is if we DELETED EMAL FROM MALBOX (but that mail stoping in edb file) can we recovery from edb file that all deleted email.thank you very much for your helping:

Depending on your settings, you may be able to recover this e-mail from deleted items retention regardless of how it was deleted. For message deleted from the inbox or other folders, you may need to change a registry key to view that data: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA011165281033.aspx There really isn't a quick way for doing this. If deleted items recovery isn't an option, you'll have to restore from backup. Joseph Durnal
