What does mean of simple way, You can do it from outlook rule.Anil

Company currently has Server option "Allow automatic Forward" unchecked for all mailboxes. You can configure a client based rule to foward calendar invites, but the server will override. What we are seeking to do is allow the server to forward calendar invites but prohibit users from running rules that allow all emails to be auto forwarded to an external address. Not if you don't all auto-forwarding in the "Remote Domains". The auto-forwarding is a MAPI property that's set in the message by Outlook, and it's that property that's checked. Hi Rich, I am concerned that I have not explained the problem clearly enough. Is there an email address when I can send you a screen capture of the current setting in the company's email server. The goal is to change the server setting to allow emails to the server to be auto-forwarded to external addresses, ONLY if they are meeting invites.
