Hi, Recently I migrated from CG Pro to Exchange 2007. However, I cannot send an email if I attache some messages which were revieved in CGPro before. I got a bounce back. I can attach messages recieved from Exchange without any problem. The bouce back message is like below: #550 5.6.0 STOREDRV.Submit: The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service reported an error. Hello, Suggest you to install the latest service pack and update rollups for Exchange 2007 How to obtain the latest service pack or update rollup for Exchange 2007 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/937052 You can also check with CG Pro guys on how to migrate/export the mailbox data. As per my understanding some of the mapi property is conflicting with Exchange 2007 which is created by CGPro and available in exported mail item but Exchange is not able to understand it or it doesnt have that property definition in its database. In this situation, you may also try by sending the same mail from CGPro system (if still exists) to Exchange recipient and Exchange information store process would create a third party custom property in exchange database while receiving it. Are you able to forward the messages to the same recipients which you are attaching in email?

Thanks for your replying. I'll try what you said. I'm not able to forward the messages to the same recipients. I believe some properties in the old CGPro messages are not recogonized by Exchange server 2007.

Does anyone have a solution yet? I have alle updates everything. We went from a linux solutioin and put all the mail in a pst and the exported them to exchange 2007 and they are all broken now. Willem. FW is not working.
