As you want other to send emails from this account, so you need to give them full mail box access.Try this shell command for all the six user Add-MailboxPermission User1 –User User2 –AccessRights FullAccessThis will allow them to send and recieve from the sample mail box.Raj

Hello Rajnish,I have tried this cmdlet Add-MailboxPermission -Identity "sample@contoso.com " -User user1 -AccessRights FullAccess -InheritanceType AllBut I cannot see any copy of the mails into user1, user2 ,,,,so on ... if mail the comes to sample@contoso.com,The e-mail copy should be in user1,user2,user3,user4,user5 & user6.Note : If any body sends an e-mail to sample@contoso.com. , that mail copy should be received to all 6 users too. Thanks .Regards,

Ohh.. I think i got the query wrong. Basically you want a copy of email sent to sample@contoso.com to the user1@contoso.com and so on.So for this you dont need to give access to other mail box. Just set a forwarder to other user (user1, user2 etc) from sample mail box. If user 1 and user 2 or not on the same exchange org, (user1@gmail.com )you need to create a contact on AD and then do the forwarding.
Start the Exchange Management Console.
In the console tree, expand Recipient Configuration, and then click Mailbox.
In the result pane, right-click the mailbox for which you want to configure mail forwarding and click Properties.
In <Mailbox> Properties, on the Mail Flow Settings tab, click Delivery Options, and then click Properties.
Click the Forward to check box. This enables the Browse button.
Click Browse to open the Select Recipient dialog box. Select the recipient to whom you want to forward messages, and then click OK.
If you want incoming messages to be delivered to the mailbox as well as to the forwarding address configured, select the Deliver message to both forwarding address and mailbox check box. Clear this check box to forward all incoming messages without retaining copies in the mailbox.
Click OK to return to <Mailbox> Properties.
Click OK.
