I need accurate step by step to upgrade Exchange Server 2013 CU1 to Exchange Server SP1. Can anyone please give. I found lots of article in blog but I feel some confuse. Please suggest

Thank you for your question.

I will give some steps for you to update Exchange 2013 CU1  to SP1 or the latest CU:

1. Download the Exchange 2013 SP1 from Microsoft
2. Copy the file to DC then update the Schema and domains
3. Wait AD replication to complete
4. Copy the file to Exchange server then run setup to update Exchange 2013 SP1
5. Then restart the Exchange server
