I am creating a new user, using an existing template that has worked perfectly before. When entering finish, I get the message below:The wizard could not successfully configure this accountThe following could not be completed:-A home folder could not be created for the user.tried logging in new user. I get errors.can someone guide me in the right direction?thanks in advancethe trix

Well this is not an Exchange server isssue, but it sounds like the path you have for the home folder (in the template) is invalid. Try creating the user without the homefolder path.
