My organization is planning to migrate DC from 2003 to 2012

and also planning to migrate exchange server 2008 to 2013

want exchange To be virtualized on Hyper-V

we are using Mail Marshal

I am not very much professional in Exchange Server as i have done courses related to it but have so many confusions so any one here can help me step by step procedure for it... PLZZZ i need ur help GUYS...

1. You are posting in the wrong forum.  This is for Exchange Developer questions.  The Moderator should move this thread to http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/exchange/en-US/home?forum=exchangesvrdeploy or you should re-post over there.
2. There is no issue upgrading Active Directory from 2003 to 2013.  Exchange supports both of these versions of Active Directory.
3. There is no such thing as Exchange Server 2008.
4. Exchange 2003 cannot coexist with 2013.  You must move to 2007 or 2010 first.  I suggest you migrate 2003 to 2010, and then remove 2003.  Once complete, you can upgrade again to 2013.
