Exchange Server Port 80 seems to have closed
Hello all! This is my first thread so please be gentle :)I'm having some real issues with an exchange server (2003)Please accept my apologies if this isposted in the wrong area - I'm not the quickest of cats at the best of times. My issue is this:After running NMap, it would seem that Port 80 on our exchange server seems tobe closed andIjust don't know how to get it started.I have scowered the internet for somesort of clue as tohow I can open it up but to no avail. It isnearly midnight and I am blatently going to be expected to have the server up-and-running by tomorrow morning so I'm beginning to sweat :)If anyone could help me out I would be incredibly grateful.I havetried the following:Run antivirus/spyware/adwareCheck DNS (and flush)Check routing tables (and flush)Stop/Start Net LogonCheck Firewall (and temporarily disable)Reboot serverIf I connect to the router using port 443 then I'm in business but that's as far as I can get. Also, afterrunning tracert on www.google.co.uk, I have confirmed that I can connect to the outside world.I have installed EFS on the server and it seems to grab e-mails upon startup but then it seems to be blocked.Once again, if anyone could lend a hand I would be extremely appreciative. Many thanks,Sam

Fixed it!After some deliberation, it transpires that the port was being blocked by Grisoft AVG 8.0.After uninstalling that, everything kicked back in.Now to figure out what needs doing to reinstall AVG....Thanks,Sam
