hi guys, what are the things that needs to be modified on AD Schema when installing exchange 2007? Does it need some manual intervention or it's done automatically by the system? thanks for any input.

Hi, Here you can see the Schema changes in Exchange 2007: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997467(EXCHG.80).aspx You are required to update Schema by typing the following command in the same AD site and domain as Schema master exists from Setup directoty of Exchange 2007: Setup /PrepareSchema or Setup /ps You must use an account that is a member of the Schema Admins group and the Enterprise Admins groupRegards from www.windowsadmin.info | www.blog.windowsadmin.info
