Exchange Setup Head Office and Branch Office
I am planning to setup Exchange Server 2007 at my Head Office in Country-A. I have another Branch/Satellite Office in the Country-B. Country-A has 15 users and Country-B has 35 users. What would be the best scenario to setup Exchange Server 2007? How will users from the Branch Office Connect over the WAN in a reliable, efficient and secure way to the Exchange Server 2007 which is hosted in Country-A.Any advice and suggestions will be highly appreciated.

HI, I am assuming you dont have high availability in mind. Install at least one Global Catalog server, Mailbox Server, CAS server and hub transport server in each site. Then make a one site as a primary Exchange site and point your MX records to that relevant exchange Server (HUB Transport server). Then install Second Exchange site in country B. Country B Must have an at least 1 Global Catalog server, One Mailbox server, CAS server and Hub transport server. After that configure your HUB server (in Country B) with Primary Exchange Hub Server (Country A) to send and receive emails through primary Exchange server. Also you can configure multiple MX records equally for both HUB servers in External DNS server. RegardsChinthaka

HI, you can configure Mailbox servers as a CCR cluster and can configure Outlook anyware to connect via Outlook 2007 from everywhere.Refer below articles High Availability-------------------http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124721.aspxManaging Outlook Anywhere------------------------------------http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123513.aspxOverview of Outlook Anywhere---------------------------------------http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123741.aspxRegardsChinthaka
