Our Exchange server has recently been sending system messages, i.e. non-delivery and mailbox size warnings, to some users which have elements of east Asian language imbedded. I'm not sure if this is an Exchange or Outlook 2007 problem, but only Exchange server system generated messages are effected. The example below is a mailbox size warning message. Several Exchange components display information to a mailbox user in the preferred language, if that language is supported.
