Exchange System Messages Delivering in a Foreign Language
Our Exchange server has recently been sending system messages, i.e. non-delivery and mailbox size warnings, to some users which have elements of east Asian language imbedded. I'm not sure if this is an Exchange or Outlook 2007 problem, but
only Exchange server system generated messages are effected. The example below is a mailbox size warning message. Our Exchange server is English along with the Windows OS and Outlook.
Thank you for your help.

hi,
What is the version
of your exchange? exchange 2003/2007/2010???
In Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, you can specify multiple languages for a mailbox, in order of preference. Several Exchange components display information to a mailbox user in the preferred language, if that language is supported. These components include
quota messages, non-delivery reports (NDRs), the Microsoft Office Outlook Web App user interface, and Unified Messaging (UM) voice prompts.
hope can help you
thanks,CastinLu
