Exchange Top Gun needed: Outlook Mac 2011 connection issue
Hello, We replaced an expired certificate in Exchange 2007. Everything is fine under Windows Outlook; however, Outlook 2011 in Mac can't connect to Exchange even though we accepted the new certificate. What else am I'm missing for the Mac side? I don't see anything inside "Keychain" Thanks in advance.

Can you play Danger Zone while I type? :) It's possible the new certificate requires additional intermediate certificates be installed on your server. I've seen issues before where the Macs can’t chain up. Mike Crowley Check out My Blog!

Follow Mike's advise, if that doesn't help give the certificate vendor support a call and check with them Jonas Andersson | Microsoft Community Contributor Award 2011 | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | Blog: http://www.testlabs.se/blog | Follow me on twitter: jonand82
