Exchange Virtual Directory Test connection
The Alias is Exchange.
This is the path: D:\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\owa
When I test the connection the Authentication passes!
Authorization shows a warning.
The server is configured to use pass-through authentication with a built-in account to access the specified physical path. However, IIS Manager cannot verify whether the built-in account has access. Make sure that the application pool identity has Read access
to the physical path. If this server is joined to a domain, and the application pool identity is NetworkService or LocalSystem, verify that <domain>\<computer_name>$ has Read access to the physical path. Then test these settings again.
How do I test this? verify that <domain>\<computer_name>$ has Read access to the physical path

As its says Application Pool, you can check it in IIS..Sites...>Default Web Site...>owa Virtual Directory...>Advance Settings. In here check if you see this location (C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\owa)
About the Permission on the Computer Name, you can check it from Active Directory Users and Computers, Go to Computers and right click on the Computer name the warrning is talking about...>Properties...>Security and see if these two (NetworkService
or LocalSystem) are listed there.Gulab | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2010 | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2007 | MCC 2011 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah
