hi which box you has been using server 2003 or server 2008. can you explain little bit more please. if you installing in server 2003 64bit have you installed 4.1 installer before implement exchange sp2. During sp2 installation it removes exchange files and copying again exchange files and then install all roles. during installation all roles has been installed. have you checked the services all services is running or disabled. if all services are disabled you may need to rebuild exchange server 2007. thanksNaeem Bhatti MCITP EA, MCITP, MCTS Exchange 2007 MCSE security,MCSE AD, MCSE in Messaging, MCDST SBS2003 and SBS2008 Specialist

Hi Selva, How about your question? Any updates? After you installed the SP2, did you restart the server and try again? Is there any warning/error events in the Event Viewer? Please post the error message in the c:\ExchangeSetupLogs\ExchangeSetup.logFrank Wang

HI Aselva, What is the role server is having where you have issue. I would suggest you to try re-install SP in server. try to delete watermark key in server. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\v8.0 if you do, check for values called... Action Watermark delete these values Please reboot the server after you delete the watermark key and try to install sp2 again. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/exchangesoftwareupdate/thread/5cd9a18e-2af4-4a85-b9e0-5277e66d7f02 http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesoftwareupdate/thread/6f2c85fb-77a6-4dff-a1a0-41fec8791fee http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/05/21/439529.aspx Anil
