Hello All, After i installed exchange service pack2 that the exchange console is disappeared.in the add/remove program also exchange software is disappeared.if i trying to reinstall the exchange thats i get error "The exchange files are not installed,but the backup settings registry key is present only build to build upgrade mode is availabel. please give me solution to solve the issue. hi which box you has been using server 2003 or server 2008. can you explain little bit more please. if you installing in server 2003 64bit have you installed 4.1 installer before implement exchange sp2. HI Aselva, What is the role server is having where you have issue. I would suggest you to try re-install SP in server. try to delete watermark key in server. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\v8.0 if you do, check for values called...
