Are there any supported ways to do cross-forest migration where the source forest is Exchange 2013 and the destination forest is Exchange 2010?

Thank you for your question.

We could use the Pare-MoveRequest.ps1 script which migrate from Exchange 2013 to Exchange 2010 cross domain.

We could refer to the following link, although this is a link which is about Exchange 2010, it is adapt to Exchange 2013.
