Not enough information. Do the messages show in the queues in Queue Viewer? What else is on the machine? Are you sending email directly or using a smart host? Hi 1) Have excluded the exchange folders from antivirus? 2) Are using any smart host for mailflow? 3) did you create DNS Record for mail exchanger (MX Record)? 4) Any error msgs in queue viewer if messages are waiting for 3 hrs time? Thanks Sriram

What's likely happening is mail is going to either a bad send connector at times whether load balancing or preferance based and failing. Check all your send connectors and make sure you have valid smarthost (if using one) and source servers point to valid CAS servers.
