I'm having an odd issue with subscribing to various ics calendar feeds via OWA. Both feeds are hosted by a service off my Exchange server. I'm able to subscribe and view just fine, but they never update. Changes made in those two services will not be reflected in OWA or any ActiveSync clients. If I remove the calendar and re-subscribe, it will display the most current feed at that time. I feel I have something misconfigured in my server but am at a bit of a loss given it works fine initially, just never updates.

Some background, this is Exchange 2010 running on 2008 R2.

No, I'm actually referring to OWA on an independent 2010 Exchange server. As I said, we can subscribe to external webcal feeds fine, they just never update after initial subscription.
