Exchange in child domain
Hello, I recently installed Exchange 2003 with SP2 on a child domain, the server is in a separate Routing Group with the respective Routing Group Connector. I also created the RUS for my child domain.
Im able to send emails to any recepient in the organization, but when they reply to me, the system administrator answer back saying the user doesnot exist. Also Im not able to send internet mails.
I checked the event viewer and found no errors, ran the EBPA and the email address for the public folder was missing, seems to be the information is not replicating to the parent domain. Althoug the comunication is ok, I ran the DCDIAG tests and all resulted ok.
The article on the knowledge base shown by the EBPA refers tu a missing RUS or misconfigured, I double checked and everything seems to be OK.
Can anyone please give me a hand with this issue,
Regards,
Pablo.

This is probably related to Active Directory
You should check your replication
Make sure that there is at least on Global Catalog server close to your Exchange server in the child domain

Deli, thanks for your answer, I assumed that is a problem reltated to my AD, but I ha ve a GC in the same switch that I have the Exchange connected.
Some information is not replicating to the parent domain.
Any other ideas?

You can run the replmon.exe tool from the support tools on the Windows CD
And add your AD servers to view your replication problems
