Exchange mailbox properties
Exchange 2007:
In recipient config - mailbox - user properties - email addresses
under smtp i am attempting too have 2 email addresses in there, at the moment i have one which is @microsoft.com (example) but i also want @microsoft-uk.com (example).
i have 50 users so i don't want too do it 1 by 1 so i was woundering if there is a way to push out the 2nd email address too everyone

That is what email address policy is for. You configure the policy and then apply it. You can have multiple policies/domains for the users.

I have set up 2 email policies with a priority of 1 and 2 but that doesn't seem to be working

Have you applied the policies?
Is the option to allow Email Address Policy to Update addresses enabled on the accounts?

Yes i have applied the policies. The option is ticked to allow the policy to update. I have also tryed to reboot the server but im still having no joy

Have you added both email addresses to the same domain, or tried to add them as separate policies? It could just be that your policies aren't applying in the order that you expect. There is no need to restart the server, the policy should change the users
shortly after it has been applied.

I fixed it by putting 2 accepted domains into 1 policey. Thanks for the help
