Exchange missing from Small Business Server
A new client has a Small Business Server that has been in place for quite a while. They want to start using Exchange instead of their POP accounts. No problem, right?!? Well, I see no trace of Exchange being installed on this SBS. Properties on the computer show it is actually Windows Server 2003 for Small Business Server and they have all four of the install discs for Small Business Server. Can Small Business Server be installed without installing Exchange? Can anyone offer suggestions on the best way to add Exchange to the server? Is it as simple as running setup from the install discs? Thanks for your help!

Hi, Yes it is possible to don't install Exchange during the setup. If you want to add it to your environment you need to do run SBS Setup via add/remove programs. Regards, Johan blog: www.johanveldhuis.nl
