Exchange not delivering messages to mailboxes
Hi,I really hope somebody can help me with this query as its now driving me nuts.I have small business server 2003. My exchange server has suddenly stopped delivering mails to users mailboxes. The pop3 connector is collecting the emails and the exchange server is sending out delayed reports to the senders and then a couple of days later the failure notice. As i say i can see the pop3 connector downloading the messages and see some in the queue using the exchange manager tool.If you send an email internally it does not arrive and the sender gets an email stating it can not be delivered and then within a few seconds it vanishes.I would be really grateful for any help that is offered.Kind Regards,Phil

Hi Phil,
First, as Leif mentioned, please let us know the related errors in event log.
Meanwhile, please click Start, click Run, type %programfiles%\exchsrvr\mailroot\vsi 1\pickup, and then click OK. Let me know if you could see the emails there.
You can refer to the following article for self-troubleshooting:

Hope this helps. Thanks,
Elvis
