When copying over an existing user in Active Directory to create a new user all of the sudden the exchange properties do not copy over. The only permission under the exchange advanced tab, permissions is "self." I can add them in manually, but this is a new problem I have not experienced in my network. Any Ideas on how to resolve? I have made no changes to any advanced settings or anything. just going on the same procedures as I always have.

were you sure to check "create exchange mailbox" when copying the user? if not, right-click, exchange tasks, create mailbox
