Since upgrading outlook from 2k to 2k7, I cannot see my Public Folders on the Exchange 2000 server. My enviroment is Active Directory Doamin and on Terminal Server 2003. The Cache Exchange mode setting are "grayed out" Mailbox mode is unicode.I would appreciate any assistance.

Click on the "Folder List" view in the lower left area of Outlook. The icon looks like a folder. Then scroll down. You should see the pf hierarchy and you can expand from there.
