We use a shared calendar to book events and resources but when we need to amend an event that has happened it will not update the resource (room) as it is in the past. It just declines.

We use exchange 2013 (and 2010, slowly migrating all users over)

Can anyone tell me where the settings are located to change this, if it is possible?
