Hi I have been asked to move our existing "room" mailboxes from Exchange 2003 to 2010 and configure as below: 1. only free/busy info should be available (no meeting detail should be displayed) 2. All requests should go to an administrator for approval Is this possible? I have some 2007 room mailboxes but the majority are 2003 Many thanks in advance!
