It normally works 'out-of-the-box', without any extra configuration required. Have you tried accessing it yet? The first step is to go to
http://yourexchangeserver/exchange (or use https if you want to use SSL), and see if it responds with the OWA GUI.Mobile OWA For Smartphone

thanks lee,
the real scenario is that i have 2 exchange servers one was the master and second exchange server was the member.
the master exchange server machine is getting faulty that is why i have transferred the mailboxes to the member exchange server. now i want to run my web mail accounts from the member exchange server but i am unable to access this exchange server
over internet.
What steps should i perform to make the member exchange server as Master because i want to make down the existing master exchange machine for maintenance.
Please help me i am struck from last 2 days :(
Regards,
Rashid

Okay, right now I don't think you need to do anything more than configure your router/firewall to direct the incoming OWA requests (assuming you use ssl/https you are looking at port 443) to the server that now has the mailboxes on. First, make sure
that you can access OWA on your member server internally. If it works internally, then it is time to look at the router/firewall configuration, to get it working externally.Mobile OWA For Smartphone

Could be many things. What happens when you try? Try sitting at the member server's keyboard, and go to
http://localhost/exchange . Is anything displayed in the browser? Any error messages?Mobile OWA For Smartphone

Hi 1. Access local exchange http://localhost/exchange 2. Test on client http://server ip/exchange 3. If it is convenient, please post any event error or web page error.(like 404.1)

Thank you very much lee.
Actually as i told i am lying under our forest as a child domain so here we have a firewall that is controlled by our head office.
firewall was blocking the second exchange server. As they have fixed it in the firewall it has started working locally and over internet as OWA.
Kind Regards,
Rashid
