Hello
Since Exchange Server 2007 has been originally offered as either a 64-bit (recommended and the only version supported for production), and as a 32-bit version (only used for testing purposes and to provided 32-bit management tool capabilities for client
workstations), here too, 64-bit and 32-bit versions are made available:
32-bit version (870 MB):

64-bit version (884.3 MB):

As MMHussain says, 32-bit is not supported in a production environment. Loading Windows 2008 and Exchange 2007 64-bit will cost you nothing more than 32-bit. My suggestion is to load a supported version. The 32-bit version is really just
for loading the Management Tools on computers/server that are running 32-bit.Tim Harrington - Catapult Systems - http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com
