Hi TWH I will rephrase my issue like this: we have a supplier he sends Accunt statements(e-statement) once in a month to my accounts manager, this comes from his bulkmail automatically at the end of the every month. Sounds like you are using the built-in SPAM features of Exchange 2007. Couple of ways to attack this. One is to create a content filter rule to allow that email if the email always has the same or similar subject. The other is to create a safe sender list.
