I have a client who deleted emails from his phone's pop3 account. This was later synchronized to the mail server and now he cant access any emails. However exchange still has the deleted email retentionpolicy of 14 days..How do i restore those email...pls help

When you configured the POP profile, was it set to keep a copy on the server, if yes thne there must be a copy of the emails on the server. sync a OL profile first and then sync it back to the phone.Raj

The client was using a nokia phone to connect to the pop3 account. So he deleted the mails that he had on the server..can i still retrieve this emails pls

No, only back up is the option if once deleted from the server.Raj
