My exchange server backup keep failing

I have contacted Symantec support. They believed it's Exchange server problem as "Vssadin list writers"

show Microsoft Exchange writer Retryable error

Any help?

Hi ,

1.Please restart the Microsoft exchange replication service on the exchange servers and check the status of the writers .

2.If it doesn't help then we need to reboot the servers after the production hours.
