I have windows 2012 STD with ADS, DNS also another server Windows server 2012 R2 with  Exchange server 2013 CUM8 it's working fine and i have create mail box all those features there is no problem . When i try to configure client PC with Office 2010 it's also configured perfectly there is no problem But Try to sent new mail to another mail box uses while  i click contact address list there is no AD all mail users  list  not appear i got it error ( This connection must be online exchange unavailable ) But the corner side ( All Folders are up to date connected to Microsoft exchange ) Please could you help me how can get AD mail users list??

Based on my understanding, when you click address book button to choose email address, you will receive this error and the list is blank, right?

First of all, make sure the Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Assistants service is running. This service takes the responsibility for OAB generation in exchange 2013. Then make sure the OAB file exists in the %ExchangeInstallPath%\ClientAccess\OAB folder.

Can you try to use OWA and see if you have the same behavior?
