I have created on relay agent for application but its working for only internal users,

Can anyone help me , how to configure relay for outside email Address.

try removing Exchange Servers in permissions

Hi,

Please try to just select Exchange Servers to test it.

In my opinion, SMTP communication is handled by the Hub Transport server in an Exchange organization. The transport service listens for SMTP connections on its default Receive Connector. However, relay connector is secured by default to not allow anonymous connections.
