Is there a way to install exchange server in branch office that will be like a proxy for selected mails?

Example: Main office is in Site1 (Argentina), Remote office is in Site2 (Senegal).

Speed from Site2 to Site1 is slow.

10 users from Site2 would contact server in local office in Site2 that would synchronize not all but 10 mail accounts with Site1.

With this setup Users in Site2 would have instant communication with server (Site2).

Your question \ requirement is bit unclear.

Why would "10 users from Site2 would contact server in local office in Site2". Are they actually located in Site2 physically?

If so then you can install exchange in site2, have a database on that server, keep the 10 users mailboxes there.

Use CAS server bound model to limit client communication.

You can setup a new Exchange server combining mailbox and CAS roles in any office you need. Deploy a new mailbox database on the server and move user mailboxes there. That's it. Just buy an additional server license and don't forget about regular creating database backups.

However, remember that Exchange need permanent access to domain controllers. So you must either provide such access to your DCs in other offices or install a DC on site. In addition, it's recommended to create AD sites as well.

If you want to route all messages through other offices, you don't need to setup such routing manually. Exchange will do everything on its own.
