Exchange server migration to Office 365

Good day,

Is there anyone who can assist me with a step by step for migrating an exchange server 2003 to Office 365. The current setup consist of 2 servers. One server has exchange server 2003 installed and the other is an OWA frontend server. I looked at some technet articles and it said that outlook anywhere needs to be configured to allow a connection to office 365. Would I need to setup outlook anywhere if I already have OWA configured? Any guidance as to the migration process and how to setup outlook anywhere on exchange 2003 would be much appreciated.

You've asked what I call a "consulting engagement question", a question so complicated or requiring so many follow-up data-collection questions from us that we can't possibly give you the depth of information the issue deserves.  You really ought to hire a consultant to work this project through with you, or start scouring the Internet.

That said, your first decision is whether or not you want a hybrid configuration, which allows coexistence or want to do a flash cutover.  If you want to do a Hybrid, you'll have to install an Exchange 2010 server in your environment.

In either case, you have a lot to think about.
