Is this issue happening with a specific domain or is it happening with any domain that you send mails to.. Telnet to (problematic domain.com 25) from your exchange server. Follow this KB article for telnet steps. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;153119 2. If you get a Administrative Prohibition on giving the command "rcpt to:" 3. It seems that this domain that is domain.com is been blocked or restricted on any spam filter on the other domain. 4. Check out with the Administrator of the Other Domain. Hi,The error message 550 Administrative prohibitionmostly refers that the IP from which your mail server sending mails is in any of the RBL's (Real-time Black Lists).Cross check the SMTP Public Domain, and MX record status, if any issue resolve this on priority. Please use these sites to know are you in any of the RBL'sNote: Make sure your MX record is having a PTR record associated and a SPF record.http://whatismyipaddress.com/staticpages/index.php/is-my-ip-address-blacklisted?gclid=CJvppfiR8ZwCFQkIswodRB0zlAhttp://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspxhttp://www.dnsbl.info/
